Cancellation policy

- Cancellation by us :-We can opt to cancel the project from our side. We can cancel the project if we notice that you are an underage person. We can also cancel the contract if we realize that you have used someone else's payment method without their approval. Lastly, we can cancel if we notice that it is impossible to deliver the work on time. You qualify for a refund if we cancel the project because of an inability to deliver on time. However, for other reasons, you do not qualify for a refund.
Revision policy

- After sending a task to us and we notice that all our tutors are engaged, we will notify you immediately and start the process of refunding the money you had paid. However, that is rare because we have a huge number of tutors, and before picking a task, we ensure that we have someone who can complete it.
- We do not offer refunds for tests and quizzes. Once we allocate an online test to a tutor, we pay them before starting the test, and therefore, the payment cannot be canceled.
- You will not qualify for a refund if you cannot prove that the quality of the work we delivered was unsatisfactory. All proof must be sent to inform attachments to our official email address within the specified time.
- If you sent the wrong assignment to our tutors and then realized that there was a mistake once the task has already been completed, you will be required to pay for us to do the new task. We expect that you will ensure that you sent us the correct work. Therefore confirm before forwarding a task to us.
- If you fail to initiate a refund within two weeks after the submission date, you will not be eligible for a refund. We have clear time frames under which refunds must be initiated.
- Once you cancel an urgent order, you will not qualify for a refund.
